Join us for an afternoon concert, followed by our legendary open mic! We will be raffling off a Long and McQuade gift certificate too, with your minimum $20 donation!
Simultaneously hopeful and sorrowful, simple and complex, Ema Jean’s music will surely take you on a remarkable trip. Dreamy, meditative and subtly intense with ever-shifting guitar patterns and vocal melodies, her songs pose questions about identity, belonging, freedom, conflict, grief, despair and joy. Multi-instrumentalist Kent Kataoka adds colour, depth and dimension to her compositions on pedal steel and electric guitar.
A BIG thank you Long and McQuade who heard about our vision here at The Grassroots Music Ranch, and have committed to being a part of helping us build community!
